A: Gen. <strong>2025<\/strong>, <em>674<\/em>, 120912<br><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.apcata.2025.120467\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.apcata.2025.120467<\/a><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-c49b9682f31b2dbb56c477de4eba7320\"><strong>Resumen<\/strong><br>En este trabajo se ha estudiado la reacci\u00f3n de deshidrataci\u00f3n de la xilosa (un az\u00facar representativo de tipo C5) a furfural, utilizando \u00f3xidos mixtos W-Nb-O con estructura tipo bronze hexagonal o seudo-cristalina, que presentan propiedades texturales y \u00e1cidas controladas, as\u00ed como una elevada estabilidad bajo las condiciones de reacci\u00f3n. Se prepar\u00f3 una serie de \u00f3xidos met\u00e1licos W-Nb-O con diferentes relaciones W\/Nb mediante un m\u00e9todo hidrot\u00e9rmico, los cuales fueron caracterizados mediante diversas t\u00e9cnicas fisicoqu\u00edmicas y ensayados en reactores tipo autoclave en fase l\u00edquida. La influencia de la composici\u00f3n sobre la actividad catal\u00edtica se evalu\u00f3 modulando las propiedades de acidez Br\u00f8nsted\/Lewis de los materiales W-Nb-O. De manera interesante, los resultados catal\u00edticos \u00f3ptimos para la deshidrataci\u00f3n de xilosa a furfural en un sistema monof\u00e1sico (mezcla agua\/etanol) se obtuvieron con el catalizador W<sub>0.20<\/sub>Nb<sub>0.80<\/sub>O<sub>x<\/sub> alcanz\u00e1ndose una selectividad a furfural comparable a la del catalizador industrial de \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico. La productividad a furfural (0,683 g<sub>Fur<\/sub>\u00b7g<sub>Cat<\/sub><sup>-1<\/sup>\u00b7h<sup>-1<\/sup>obtenida con este catalizador W-Nb-O fue superior a la calculada para la mayor\u00eda de los catalizadores \u00e1cidos s\u00f3lidos m\u00e1s relevantes y recientemente reportados, tanto en sistemas mono- como bif\u00e1sicos.La actividad catal\u00edtica del material W-Nb-O permaneci\u00f3 pr\u00e1cticamente invariable tras tres reutilizaciones consecutivas, y su estructura y composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica se mantuvieron sin cambios ni despu\u00e9s de tres ciclos catal\u00edticos ni tras un experimento prolongado de 14 d\u00edas bajo las condiciones \u00f3ptimas de reacci\u00f3n. Open<strong> 2025<\/strong>, 14, e202400480<br><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.apcata.2025.120467\"><a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1002\/open.202400480\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1002\/open.202400480<\/a><\/a><\/summary>\n<p class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f9efe11e8fedecab9ea730a4d394a08d\"><strong>Resumen<\/strong><br>Se estudia la s\u00edntesis de sitios \u00e1cidos de tipo Br\u00f8nsted y Lewis combinados en materiales SBA-15 mediante la incorporaci\u00f3n de Zr y Sn en el soporte mesoporoso, seguida de un procedimiento de sulfataci\u00f3n para obtener catalizadores \u00e1cidos mejorados aplicados a la deshidrataci\u00f3n selectiva de fructosa a 5-hidroximetilfurfural (HMF).\nSe emplean diferentes m\u00e9todos de preparaci\u00f3n para obtener el material sulfatado Sn\u2013Zr\u2013SBA-15, con una adecuada combinaci\u00f3n de acidez Br\u00f8nsted\/Lewis. Las muestras se caracterizan mediante diversas t\u00e9cnicas anal\u00edticas y espectrosc\u00f3picas, observ\u00e1ndose una correlaci\u00f3n entre el procedimiento de s\u00edntesis y las caracter\u00edsticas \u00e1cidas de los materiales.\nEstas propiedades se eval\u00faan en la conversi\u00f3n catal\u00edtica de soluciones concentradas de fructosa (30 % p\/p) hacia HMF en un sistema bif\u00e1sico (agua + iso-butilcetona\/2-butanol). El catalizador m\u00e1s eficiente, SO\u2084\/Sn\u2013Zr\u2013SBA-15 (relaci\u00f3n molar Zr\/Sn = 1,98), alcanza \u2265 70 % de rendimiento a HMF con \u2248 90 % de conversi\u00f3n de sustrato bajo condiciones \u00f3ptimas de reacci\u00f3n (150 \u00b0C durante 120 min).\nEstos resultados son especialmente relevantes considerando las elevadas concentraciones iniciales de fructosa utilizadas en comparaci\u00f3n con las empleadas habitualmente en trabajos previos.
